Prague

After a grueling seven hour train ride from Budapest to Prague, we arrived beautiful Prague around 7pm yesterday.  We did pass through some pretty hillside villages in Slovakia and Czech Rep. Nonetheless, the excitement of being on a train wore out quickly for all of us.  Today we explored the Prague Castle area, just steps (all uphill) from the apartment we are renting.  We climbed 287 steps to the top of one tower for spectacular views.  Ian and Mike spent a few more hours exploring the area as Jack and I played "Red Light Green Light" on the courtyard balcony outside our apartment.  The boys are fascinated by the cobble stone streets, the money, and street musicians (oh, and the popsicles too).  A late late lunch outside eating classic Czech dumplings and gravy washed down with beer (for the parents) capped off a perfect, sunny day.  Today Ian said he misses his friends and Jack said he can't marry Brookie because Fionn is going to marry her.  Though we are far away, our friends and families are in our thoughts.  Look for some stowaways in the last photo (taken in Budapest).

Sounds like an amazing day in an amazing city. Glad your weather cooperated! You all are very missed here - Ben doesn't know what to do with himself without his sidekick. Keep the updates coming - love to read about your days!

Hey there! Yes, please keep the updates coming! You can tell Jack that he still has Brookie's affections...she told me last night that she misses him a lot and can't wait to see him again.
